Concealed insulated copper multi~strand wires in all apartments. Each apartment will be provided with a distribution board having ELCB + MCB, TV, Air Conditioner,Electric and Telephone connections. TV Cables will be run to each apartment. All switches and sockets are of Standard Quality.
Master bedroom and living area will be provided with 2 way-fan & light point, one telephone and one dish antenna outlet.

The housing complex will be divided into different blocks for the purpose of distribution of water. Underground water tank to hold ground water and corporation water will be provided. The ground water will be filtered and pumped directly to the overhead tank. A standby pump will be provided.
